Your Body Is Not the Problem

When clothes feel wrong, it is usually a fit, proportion, or construction issue, not a body issue.

Fit starts with understanding the garment, not judging the body.

01 / Fit

Start with the garment

A lot of women assume their body is the problem because a piece technically zips but still feels off. Fit is more specific than size. Rise, drape, shoulder placement, fabric weight, and where a seam lands can change the entire impression.

Proportion changes everything

The same body can look completely different depending on where visual weight sits. A wide leg pant, cropped jacket, open neckline, or heavier shoe can either create balance or fight it.

The goal

The goal is not to hide. It is to understand what your clothes are doing so you can choose pieces that work with your body instead of against it.
